Maurice Fuoco owner of The Fifth Wall worked closely with me for over a year on a residential project in the Rosedale area of Toronto. For this development his role was that of a Project Manager.
Maurice was an asset to the job and a key player in making sure the project moved along and met the goal of completion. He was organized and thorough and kept the trades on track and the client informed with Job Memos and Budget Reports. Maurice was always available and accommodating when a request was asked of him, putting forth the effort to make what needed to be done happen.
I wish him well and hope the opportunity arises to work together again.
