I am writing to say thank you for a job well done and to compliment you in your on going willingness to help us through minor adjustments and manufactures defects. The renovations that you undertook to our home between July 2004 and November 2004 are wonderful and we are very happy with the results. The renovation has stood the test of time and we are as pleased as the day we came home 2 1/2 years ago.
The third floor has been transformed into a light-filled adult tree house as we envisioned from the beginning. The second floor bathroom matches the Edwardian character of the rest of our home perfectly and the stained glass window is absolutely delightful. The quality of the kitchen renovation is first rate. We love the custom cabinet sizes and built-ins.
I want to thank you for your patience in walking us through the many decisions that one has to make in a project of this scale and I would like to thank you in particular for your attention to the little (and not so little) details that make the project a success. We never imagined that you would welcome calls about leaking refrigerators. The pride you take in your work is impressive and your people skills are second to none.
It also gives us a great deal of comfort to know that the structural changes that you made are sound and I have confidence that they will last us a lifetime. It was a pleasure working with you and both Carolyn and I would be please to act as your reference.
